Provider and eligibility
These terms are between you and SEVEN DAYS BUSINESS INC., Ontario corporation 1000479027, 193 Ensign Dr, London, Ontario N6J 2E2, Canada. Contact: sevendaysbusinessinc@gmail.com. You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for your business. Keep your account secure and promptly report unauthorized access.
Your records and responsibilities
Voice Invoice helps create and manage business records. You retain rights to your submitted content and authorize the processing needed to provide the features you select. You must have permission to submit customer information, use uploaded images and send documents to recipients. Check amounts, customer details, currency, tax registration, exemptions and applicable place-of-supply rules. The app provides no legal, accounting or tax determination. AI output requires human review before issue or sending.
Plans and renewals
Free includes 15 successful smart creations over the life of the account, plus any earned bonuses. Plus removes that lifetime allowance. Both remain subject to disclosed abuse safeguards: up to 80 AI attempts per hour and two concurrent requests; Free also allows up to 30 attempts per day. Manual features do not consume smart creations. The purchase screen shows the actual currency, price, billing period and applicable taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically for the selected period until cancelled. Do not purchase again through another provider to restore existing access.
Cancellation, refunds and deletion
Manage web subscriptions through Settings → Manage plan → Manage subscription. Apple and Google subscriptions are cancelled through that store's subscription settings. Account deletion requests cancellation of known web subscriptions, but cannot cancel Apple or Google billing. Cancel store subscriptions separately before deleting. Cancellation stops future renewal; access ordinarily continues through the paid period unless the provider indicates otherwise. Refund requests for web purchases go to sevendaysbusinessinc@gmail.com; store purchases follow the store's process. Nothing here removes mandatory refund, withdrawal or cancellation rights under applicable law.
Acceptable use and availability
Do not create fraudulent invoices, send unsolicited marketing through document delivery, submit unlawful content, access another person's records, automate abusive requests or evade usage safeguards. We may restrict access to address fraud, security incidents or material violations, with notice where practicable and lawful. Availability can be interrupted by maintenance or provider outages. Keep independent copies of important records.
Ending use and legal rights
You may export records and delete your account in Settings. Preserve records you are legally required to retain before deletion. To the extent permitted by law, the service is supplied as available without a guarantee that AI output or every document is suitable for a particular use. These terms do not exclude liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded. Ontario and applicable Canadian federal law govern, subject to mandatory protections and competent courts that apply where you reside. No mandatory arbitration or waiver of statutory consumer rights is imposed by these terms.
Changes and notices
Material changes to these terms or subscription pricing will be notified before taking effect where required. A new terms version requires acceptance in the app. Price changes and renewal notices also follow the billing provider's applicable process.
